Yes. We provision mobile softphone apps for iOS and Android that let employees make and receive calls using their business phone number — whether they're at home, traveling, or on the road. Personal and business calls stay completely separate.

Does VoIP work during an internet outage?

We design VoIP systems with failover routing so that if your primary internet goes down, incoming calls automatically roll over to mobile numbers, another location, or a backup circuit. With proper planning, callers experience no interruption.

Yes. Microsoft Teams Phone with Direct Routing is a specialty of ours. We configure Teams as a full cloud PBX so your team makes and receives external calls from inside Teams — eliminating the need for a separate desk phone system entirely.

How long does a VoIP deployment take?

Most small business VoIP deployments are completed in 1–3 business days. Number porting typically takes 2–3 weeks in parallel, so we set up temporary numbers immediately so your business can use the new system right away while porting completes in the background.
