Here’s where Nerdi stands today.

When can my business start using Nerdi?

Merchant onboarding is in development. Contact us to discuss your business and payment needs. Sending an inquiry does not open a merchant account or enable payment processing.

How does Stripe fit in?

Stripe is our planned payment infrastructure for checkout and subscriptions. Nerdi is building the branded experience and business tools around it. Payment availability will depend on account eligibility, supported regions, and the integration in use.

Will Nerdi support crypto?

Our first focus is supported stablecoins, with USDC as a starting point. The Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, XRP, and Solana logos illustrate the wider crypto landscape we’re exploring. Currency support will be confirmed before launch. Crypto payments are not currently enabled on Nerdi.

What is the connection to Troublesheet?

Troublesheet is a Nerdi software product for managing IT support. Its subscription billing is the first planned use of Nerdi’s Stripe-backed payment setup.

What will it cost?

Nerdi’s merchant plans and fees have not been announced. We’ll explain any platform fees, payment-provider fees, and service scope before you sign up. The checkout preview uses example amounts only.
